I get the pop up after re-starting. I've been trying to download a few things and was wondering if that is the reason my opening of the downloads which fail is the problem. I have tried to get into safe mode by pressing F8 , but that has failed. I have windows 7. Thanks

Search your computer for the file. If you don't have it then try downloading and install this that should put the file back on your system.
