Multimedia Card Reader Not Working?

Hey...

My multimedia card reader isn't working...and I don't know why?
When I put an SD card in it, the green light turns on the unit, but like it doesn't detect it, at least my PC doesn't, and thus I cannot access it?

Please help.

I dont know if they use drivers or not but try reinstalling the drivers if they use them. Or try unplugging it putting it back in. If that doesnt work it is probably faulty.

I don't think it's faulty if the light still comes up when I plug an SD card in it..

As for reinstalling the drivers, how to I do this; how do I find the drivers and know where to download them? Maybe there's an update I'm unaware of for it?
