multimedia motherboard for e6600 ?!

So far, just this ASUS P5W DH Deluxe Digital Home seems to be suitable for my purpose. Since this is intended for a media center PC, I would like a motherboard that allows me to access the multimedia functions without an OS. Unfortunately, the above mentioned Asus P5W offers some support just for mp3 player.

This Soyo SY-P4VAL is an old motherboard for AMD processors...do you know something similar for today's core2duo processors?

Very important: i'm not interested in OC. My computer will never be OCed.

Hi daisymtc, I'm glad to get some feedback.
I didn't consider support for hdmi because I don't like those pallid integrated graphics.
Do you have any recommendation?
