Multiplayer Issues in FS2004

Hi,

I have encountered some really strange issues when trying to connect to a multiplayer server in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004.
Sometimes I am able to connect with certain other fliers, and other times I am not.
Last night, for example, I was able to connect with 4 other people, yet when someone else tried to join, an error message was displayed saying that "Not all players were able to connect." It is always me and the other person that can't connect, we have tried configuring firewalls, disabling them, and everything. I have tried disabling my routers firewall, but this still doesn't work.

Things complicate further, when the other day, I was able to connect with that person. We kept all the configuration the same, yet last night there were problems connecting again. Once I had left, they were able to connect to everybody else, but when I tried to join, I was unable to.

It's a port problem on your end.. Sorry I can't be more specific but I haven't played FS in a long time. I remember that when a FS2004 player had a certain port closed it would do the same symptoms.
