Hey all,

I want to add a secondary display to my system. I use an ATI all-in-wonder 9000. Do i have to buy another video card? what type? or can i just connect it to my existing ati card? I am really new to this so thanks alot in advance for your help!

All you have to do is plug in the other one and it will pretty much configure itself. You can also use advanced options in the driver menus.

It has to have a VGA-Out and a DVI-Out , and one monitor has to have a DVI connector ( LCD monitors usually have this ) or you can get a DVI to VGA convertor;)

That card has only one DVI (or VGA)-out, but you can use a TV-set as a secondary display.

multiple monitors

Thanks for your replys. Yeah this card has only one VGA or DVI out. The wierd thing is that when I go on display properties in windows xp i see that I have two monitors both on my ATI card. (but no place to plug-in the my second monitor???) So I guess i have to get a second videocard.
