Multiple fans questions

First question, can I use this adapter for these fans? http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812162026&_ga=1.238386884.517819382.1449616581

Second question, do these adapters get power from my motherboard or what?

Yes, you can use that adapter. The single end that looks different gets connected to a fan header on the motherboard and then the fans get connected to the other 2 ends of the adapter.
