multiple monitor nvidia setup

Hello All!

So I have a dual screen monitor setup thru HDMI. The monitors work fine, but when I open up a few programs they pop up in my secondary display...not my primary...how can I fix this issue so all my programs open up on my primary display?

i take it all the icons come up on the display ya want. (primary)

On the other hand ive had a few pop on on the wrong display.
i just minimize the screen a little smaller than the screen size. Drag it over to the display i want then max the screen. then it always starts on the right display from that point on.

yes but my other display is a tv, which i use to watch my movies...its really hard to minimize and drag over....any setting i can change?
