hey, ive got a vintage micron xku 333 (check the sig) with a voodoo3 3000 which works perfectly. i tried to install another pci video card from compusa (ati 8mb 262242). i installed the card, installed the drivers, but when i went to display options in xp, only the voodoo 3 showed up. in the device manager it says its working fine, but it just won't work or show up in the display controls...
any ideas?

Wow...someone's still running a Voodoo3 3000? Awsome cards for their times. Did you know the PCI version was actually as fast or faster than the AGP in most benchmarks ;)

OK ok... As for your question... Do you have the lastest drivers for both cards? A few years ago I was tinkering with two identical PCI cards in a machine, but it wouldn't go in duel display mode because the drivers apparently didn't support it... I was just usingthe windows drivers, as the cards were older. There actually weren't any newer drivers for my particular card.

Hey, should've clarified before, but the voodoo3 (yeah it's vintage, but I paid a good amount of money for it and just can't part with it) is actually AGP... i made sure to update the pci card, but as for the agp (voodoo3), i had to use a third-party driver for it, since it wasn't made to run in winxp
