Multiple Ports on Windows Firewall?

Quick question. Is there a way wherei can open multiple ports ex. "3800-3900",
on Windows Firewall, or do i have to go third party and find something else? Im probably missing something, but maybe its so easy to do that no one writes about it online, no one tells u how to click ur mouse

Disable the windows firewall, and enable multiple ports in the Router.

ya also about that, since my linksys router does let me to specific ports just "4500-4700" kinda thing, i had to use multiple forms for certain apps and im running outta space to put to forwarded ports on, is there neway i can get more places to forward more ports on my router, also, if i disabled my firewall, wouldnt all my ports still remain the same, all the firewall does is act like a gatekeeper, the gate will remain the same even if the gatekeeper isnt there?? sry best anology i could come up with right now
