Multiple problems with multiple games?!?!?

I just bought a brand new Dell. I am haveing problems playing many games. For example, Hitman Blood money is not compatable with my video card. In Freedom Fighter,s I cant get past level two because when I complete the level the game locks up. ALso the screen gets bright as soon as I hit a speciic sopt on level two in the game. Further more I get weird sounds on level two. One of the background sound seems to cut in and out on the level. Another game I played wont even get past the loading movie. On another game there are parts on some levels where it shows nothing. Like when I am standing on a plane on one level I can see through the floor. And on other levels the heads on some people are missing. Anyone have any idea wihats up? The computer is brand new and it does not have any viruses or spywear on it.

I have 2.4 GHz. Intel Celeron
512 MB RAM
80 gig HD
XP Home SP2
Intel Extreme Graphics 2 graphics card (Intel 82865G graphics controler) (64 MB virtual shared memory).
SoundMAX intergrated digital audio card.

Ok someone told me that its because I have an integrated video card and I need to get an expansion video card. If this is true then what one should I get? I have a normal video monitor and I do not require an extremely good card. I just want something that will get me by so I can play some of the latest games on the market. Would one off the shelf from Wal-Mart with at least 64 MB of virtual memory do it?

Also if I get this second video card then will all the video run through it and the integrated video card will simply not be used?

Get something with atleast 128mb so yo udont have problems.I'm not very good with suggesting but i can tell you that we need some info like what expansion slot?AGP?PCI?PCI-E? and budget.
