Multiple TV Cards on the same machine

Has anybody probed if it is possible to work with more than one tv card on the same machine? I wan't a configuration like this or similar, because I need to record more than un channel at the same time, and I have no idea if it is possible to do that.

Any ideas would be great.

I read an article about this in PC Magazine. If you have Windows XP Media Center, it is possible to use more then one TV card, however i am not sure if its possible to do that with a Windows XP/2k/98.
