Multitasking problem with windows 7.

When I had windows xp or vista, I could press the windows button on keyboard and exit a game to check email or etc and then go back in where I was. With windows 7, I can't do that anymore.

Is there something I can do to change this because the point of multitasking is to be able to have multiple programs running at the same time and be able to see them all.

Please help!!!!

I think they have a new Aero effect thing, where you can press "Window + Tab." That helps me out a lot when multi-tasking b/c I have a visual to what I'm shifting to.

Doesn't work when playing a game though, since usually aero disables itself during games for better performance (As long as you play your games in fullscreen mode).

when all else fails i use ctrl-alt-delete and start the task manager that usually jumps me back to the desktop.
