Music conversion software

I have an android with a 64gb sd card, but my music library is 98 gb. I used to have an 8gb ipod, and was able to fit over 30 gb of music on it, because itunes would convert all of my songs to a slightly lower bitrate so they would all fit. Is there a similar software that works with androids? I would prefer a freeware, but if I need to pay a little that's fine.

You can load it in Audacity and save it as a new format. It'll take time though unless it does a batch conversion.

You can use either freemake audio converter or any audio converter to convert to different formats or change the bit rate etc.

I mostly use it to convert video from one format to another. But it also works on audio files.

PS. Most of android phones support mp3, wav audio file.

Actually, my friend told me about a software called media jukebox. You have to pay $10 for the converter, but that's not very much. It seems to be working fine so far.
