music tagging

Ok, i just got windows media center
but it reads all my tags weird... how do i edit tags? what is a good free program for online tagging (i had musicmatch which wus the bomb but my thing expired)so what can i use for tagging that will effect how media center tags?

itunes reads my tags fine but i like media center's setup 2 much to use iTunes
like i could edit my tags in musicmatch and they would be the same in iTunes

i want something that i can do tagging with and it will be the same when i open media center like my itunes example.

also are there any good free online tagging programs?
