i have a large collection of mp3 music converted from tape and md.there is a problem that when i transfer these onto an mp3 player it does not recognise the titles i have entered.i have tried different tagging programs but most of these seem to be based on track length time(of which my edited files are not exactly true to cd times) and do not recognise any identifying titles. is there a tagging system that can actually recognise the sonic content of the track rather than just a start and finish point?

mp3tag is a great program I use for my collection. Just do I google search or a download.com search and it should turn up.
