Mwave memory

I am building a budget computer on July 14th...if Mwave.com offers skt AM2 barebones systems by then I'll likely go through them, which leads me to my question. Has anyone had experience with Mwave memory or heard anything about it? Right now 1GB of DDR2 533Mhz (Mwave) is about $65usd. Obviously it is very budget ram, but if it performs pretty much like any other value ram, I would have no problems with it.

My only worry is that it might tend to go bad, etc. Thanks.

Hm.... I've never heard of it actually but ram with those specs that's that cheap would worry me a little. Then again, when my pc was budget I bought a 400w power supply for $20 and it's still working well about 2 years later.
