My 1st build and changes / suggestions?

I would go with an ATI 6950, get more bang for your buck. You could get a little better timings on those RAMs. That deal for the RAM is today only, so buy them now or they'll go up to about $70-80. Other than that, looks good. Maybe throw in an SSD for some really good performance.
 
Those do have better speeds, but worse timings. Still gonna get great performance on the 2133 speeds.

the cas timing isn't as important as the mhz, 9's are fine and will be fast enough, but i'd order the ram today while on sale and in a few days you'll get a email with a ton of coupons so you can get either better parts for the same or similar parts for less.
