My AA8XE...OTES fans

How do i turn the two little red L.E.D OTES fans on on my AA8XE? Do i have to plug them in somewhere as i have clicked enable on the ABIT UGURU for both of them.

They should both automatically be on for that motherboard, didn't think they needed to be plugged in.
