My aunts pc is getting slow..

So I was playing Crysis on my aunts new rig that costed 4,000Euros and it is like 1 fps and it has great specs from.............1993.
And it's getting real slow and it is very hot lately. Also it's being Dust cooled.

It has pentium 1 MMX 4MHz 0.8KB ram A Svcidia HfEroce 1234GTX ULTRA with 0.01KB Vram! 2mb HDD and Windows 1990. Any issues with it? I ran dignose.exe and it came up
with

It's not Pentium D I fond out it's actuall Pentium 1 Celeron Plantium Celeron Celeron 1 MMX 0.1GHz
