OK i have 2 lcds that where praticaly givin to me.Which would be the best picture.

I would go with the first one, since it has a much higher contrast ratio.

Hmm, thats weird. Well if it's 4ms then i would keep that one, but if it's 20ms i would go with the other one.

From what i have read 4ms is good right.Not much of a shadow.

4ms is really good, and most people refer to it as ghosting. If you see ghosting (images blur during games, text blending together when you scroll very fast, ect), then it's most likely not a 4ms, but a 20ms monitor.
