going to order tonight. total comes to about $745 after rebate. not bad i think. Tell me what you think. Anything that you would have me replace?

+1 for above post maybe a 600w, go for a trusted brand though, uwill need 64 bit to utilise all that RAM

is this truly truly necessary? i am really down on funds at the moment and i dont think i can afford one

i wont be OCing except maybe the graphics card down the road
i dont have any flashy lights
i am not going to put any additional fans

Well really, by looking at that, i think you might be just pushing it to it's limits..... and we don't want anything to die do we, so just best to be on the safe side.
