I've ran ATF and cleaned all the cookies and everything. My comp is a little quicker now, still not like how it was before and it still takes forever for windows to load. Also, the mouse problem where the pointer freezes but the mouse itself still works, occurs once in a while. I think the problem is in the registry but I can't find a freeshare program which will allow me to repair the registry.

Have you tried re-installing the drivers for the mouse?
There's still stuff on here, I think. Run an online scan at Kaspersky and post the results.

try using spybot as an spyware remover, it is great and contains a teatimer so that no spyware can add itself into registry unless you allow it too.

Spybot Search & Destroy is the full name.

Once you install download all updates for it. Then immunize you system and then run a scan and remove any spyware you have.

Spybot is the best in my opinion and computer magazines why pay for software when spybot is free and amazin!
