My computer crashed

So, as it says in the title, my computer crashed. After 3 months of having this computer (It wasn't even that great) But, It crashed, So.. I forgot to make a disc to re-upload or what ever its called.. so I had to buy online a disc to restore it, So after I did this, I tried to install my USB port internet thing. (I dont know much about computers if you can tell xD) It didn't work when I installed it, and put it in like it said, I bought several of these and none would work, I can hook it up to the ethernet cable in my daughters room, but its my computer :/, Do you have any suggestions for my to try? -Burche

You need to install drivers for the usb wireless adapter. It should have came with a cd to install the drivers.

If you don't have the disc that came with you can download it off the internet

Tell us the model of the wireless usb card and we will try to find the driver if you don't have the disc.
