when i turn on my computer it saids it has an error that it didnt turn off right and from there i click it start normally and then it goes to configuring updates and it stays there for a bit and then it turns off and the same process starts all over again. I have tryed leaving it over night but it does the same process over and over again. I wanted to ask if some one could help me with this problem my computer is a dell laptop xps m140. with windows Vista Ultimate.
