My computer is affected by Backdoor.Graybird

Adsl.dll of my window XP is affected by backdoor.graybird virus.
Can anyone tell me how to solve it..?

Get an antivirus program. I think there are some free ones but I dont know the names. Any help other peoples with links for him?
