my computer is broken...

so this morning i wake up and go to open firefox. when it opens all my book marks are gone so i opened explore to see if the book marks are gone on that too. when i went to open it, spysweeper opened up and said, CLKoptimzer ( or something like that ) was trying to install itself. everytime i blocked it the same thing poped up to i put always block. then explore opend and none of the book marks were gone. then i tryed to open i think itunes and another message came up. that something was trying to install it self on my computer, another adware. so i closed everything and ran spysweeper. it got 4 different adwares and 4 spywares. when i went to contain them. i got a message saying. "please insert Window XP Home Edition 2 CD" well i dont have that so i pressed cancel. it came up again. i cancelled and then it froze. so i turned off my computer. then i try to start up again. it would restart everytime i got to the windows loading screen. i tryed to run. safe mode it did the same thing. i then tryed to run system recovery and it said "file ndis.sys is not found."
then i tryed to stop restart on system fail.this came up

STOP: c000021a {fatal system error}
The windows logon process system process terminated unecpectedly with a status of 0xc0000135 (0x00000000 0x00000000)
The system has been shut down.


i went to best buy geek squard hoping they would say.. do this and this to get it back but they said we can look at it for 119.00. saddly i dont have that to spear so i hope someone can help me. thanks.
 
i would try and grab hold of a windows cd and run the recovery console. let me know if u get the cd and i think i have a solution.
 
It sounds like there is some major malware at work here. If not that then a virus try to scan if you can for them. Those are major simptoms of a possible reformat in your future!

i am unable to can or even use any programs. my computer just restarts and restarts. i left it alone for 30 minutes and all it did was restart after the the window loading screen comes up, again and again...ect.

i think my friend might be able to back up his window CD for me so i am going to see about that.
 
This error occurs because winlogon.exe or csrss.exe fail to initialize. Rogue software can cause this to happen, which you have obviously figured out. In order to fix the problem you have to use the Recovery Console to get rid of the rogue software. For instructions on how to use the Recovery Console you can see the following articles:

A recovery of the registry might work. I have used this trick in the past for problems like this:
