My computer is not fully protected-Please Help!

I am using McAfee Security Centre but my laptop doesn't seem to be fully protected. It shows that my computer and files are protected but the internet and network needs attention. It says that outbound firewall is not installed on your computer. Can anyone tell me what this exactly means and what program I can use to protect it? Also in the email settings it shows I have no spam protection so how can I protect it against spam?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i reccomend the following!

AVG free (virus protection etc)
Zonealarm (firewall and very good)
Ad-Aware
Spybot search and destroy

the link above has some of them and possibly all i didnt check but get that sorted for the time being ig your having problems! thats just my 2 cents.

someone will be able to offer more indepth advice! :-)
