My computer looks laggy when I scroll

Hey, my computer looks laggy when I'm scrolling down a webpage, it does this on both Firefox & IE. If you want a video, I'll upload one in a little bit.

EDIT: okay, here's the video if you guys wanted an idea of what going on, the program I was using to make the video makes it look more laggy than it is, but it pretty much looks just like that. http://www.sendspace.com/file/qv5lpi

Probably because you only have 256Mb of ram.

I occasionaly get lag with 512Mb.

Although you might have programs starting with your computer that isnt needed and using up ram.

Are you running Norton antivirus?
 
Yeah, I'm debating weather to get 1 GB of Ram for my computer or 4 GB for my PSP, I'm not sure which one I want to get though.

EDIT: I'm not running Norton, should I be?
 
4 gb for a Psp?:eek: Didnt know you could get this.

Anyway i think you should get the 1Gb for your pc as it will have a huge impact on your system performance from 256.

If you can leave the 256mb stick in too.

And no dont use Norton as as it slows your computer down.
 
Oh, okay, sweet, I'll try that, and they've had 4 gigs out for a little while, Sony either has or will be making 8 GBs soon. I bet those will be EXPENSIVE if the 4 gigs are $120 off newegg.

EDIT: Thanks!! It works! I used the graphic drivers from the Nvida site.
