Could be a few things, check for these.

- make sure it's not overheating.
- make sure you've got addequate power.
- run a virus scan (could be a virus)
- check bios settings (never know)

As you probably know im a minor at computers so can u give tell me how i can check or do the following things:

- make sure it's not overheating.
- make sure you've got addequate power.
- check bios settings (never know)

thats like NEARLY everything you said, LOLLL

Sorry about this man, im new 2 computers

Several different ways you can check the temp settings but I guess it would be easiest to run it then reboot and check temps in bios, some mobos have utility's that'll let you do it inside windows so check your mobo disks for such things also do a google search because there may be somthing on the internet. I use ASUS Probe with my asus mobo. Also you can do things like take off the side but put a box type fan blowin inside the case! if you dont use the fan you could actualy make overheating worse, run it for awhile and see if it reboots.

As for power there are utility you can download to check this but I dont know of any off the top of my head as i've never needed them but im sure if you google you'll find a free little proggy or be patient and someone else will post that has more knowledge on these proggy's then myself.

Check bios by pressing a key durring post (at the very begining of start up) Usualy the key is the delete key but could be something else like f8 or somthing so if delete does not work and trial and error fails google search your computer for entering bios. Once inside look at all settings but dont touch what you dont know ;-). You never know but there could be somthing in there for power save feature or somthing that you can dissable. The bios thing is doubtfull though so dont sweet it and check that very last.

I'm aware I was still not of much help and I do appologize but perhaps I pointed you into the right direction ;-) we learn much by searching via google and other search engines and of course forums such as these :-) Good luck.
