my computer stuck!

i dont know what happen to my pc.it stuck at the windows interface...i can do nothing...help me plese...

try booting in safe mode to do this push f8 on boot up

go into bios (del during post) and look for a temperature monitor, tell us what your cpu temp is, but don't touch anything else, just search around untill you find something saying temperature / hardware / voltage monitor and tell us your cpu or processor temperature.

Try booting up in safe mode (f8) and make a selections (last known good configuration)... maybe it is the software that you install last that has stucked your login.
