My Computer Temperatures

Well, I need to know if these are pretty normal temperatures.

These are read from SpeedFan:

CPU: 37C
Internal Temp: 38C
Temp3: 38C
HD0: 39C
Core0: 33C
Core1: 31C

And from nVIDIA Moniterview for my Graphics Card temperature (8600GTS overclocked to 742mhz): 64C

I was also wondering why I can't control/see my fan's speed with SpeedFan. I installed 2 Apevia's ones the other day.
