my computer will not fully boot

it is a dell 9100 and when it boots up it asks for the user name and password. After entering the info i hit enter and the computer then continues to the desktop screen. the status screen pops up and says logging in then says logging off and then the computer shuts down. i can not boot in safe mode the computer does not give the option. if it makes a difference there is a security system in it called secure doc.

I never owned a dell but this is the reason for backup profiles. you should be able to reboot and hit the f8 key. (just tap it). another menu should come up with an option to boot up in safe mode.
