my computer won't start up windows :(

can someone please help me?

i turn on my pc and this is what i see...

"Reboot and Select proper Boot Device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot Device and press a key."

i went to it and the Boot device is already set to the "1st Floppy Disk" or something of that nature.

what problem is this and what do i need to do to fix it?

please help

If windows is already installed on your HD, and if that is what you want to run it from. BIOS should be set to IDE-# (the # should be replaced with the IDE number probably 0 or 1)
