When my computer is running there arent any problems its running clean.
But when i turn my comouter off things get weird ill come back after an hour or tio to turn it back on and the computer wont turn on i have to keep turning him off and back on and disconnecting and reconnecting the pc again and again to the power and only after around 10 min of fighting with my computer it will turn on.
Ive mever seen anything like that and i dont know what to do when i turn on the computers and it doesnt work the lights in the computer will still turn on which means it do have power however the keyboard and mouse lights wont and i dont kno what it means.
Please if you know anything let me know and thank you.

You push the power button once, what does it do? Any video output? Any error? Any beeps or noises? Does it just shut itself back off? Does it power cycle itself? Desktop or laptop? Model or specs? Need more details.

Do the lights and fans start every time but no display? we need a better description. Initially you will need to post the specs of the computer including the CPU RAM and power supply. You can download speccy from the link below but you will probably have to remove the covers to look at the PSU specs, make model power specs etc
If the lights come on every time but the computer doesn't start there may be a setting in the BIOS that isn't fully initialising or possibly the Power supply is starting to fail or some other component is stopping it posting. Go into the BIOS and reset to defaults and try again. If no better then I would be looking at the hardware. Post the specs first then we can advise

when I press the power button once the computer starts running I hear the fans starting to spin and I see the GPU light go on, however, the keyboard, mouse, and monitor won't recognize it and won't turn on, the computer does not shut itself off I need to shut it off myself by pressing the power button and holding. when the computer does finally turn on and everything works I hear a beep sound. a desktop computer

It didn't seem to help however I took a video of me turning on my computer and nothing happening even you can hear and see the fans
and some pictures of the bios. notice I didn't wait in the video because I already tried waiting and it didn't help.

ok so in the pictures you can see that one of the settings I changed is the CPU fan speed to ignore and when I turned it back to monitor it said CPU fan error. but when I turned it back to ignore and watched the CPU fan it looked to me like it was working perfectly as it should it was spinning just like it's supposed to.

The BIOS is showing a CPU fan error. It may be shutting down the system to prevent damage. The fan might need cleaning if it blocked with dust, or replacing if it is faulty

ok ill try cleaning it tomorrow. thanks for the help so far

Yeah something is up with your CPU cooler. Even if it's spinning it might not be fast enough or the thermal compound is totally dry and needs to be redone. Assuming it's the stock Intel cooler, those suck, particularly for a higher end chip like the 7700.

Definitely do not leave that setting on Ignore. You'd prefer it shut off than melt itself.

I know it took me a week but i didnt have anything to clean with so i cleaned it yesterday, and it did not change a thing. after reading what darren, said do you guys think i should buy a new cpu fan or just get a new computer? i mean its a pretty old comouter and its not running the best when im to play games like elden ring and new world. I would like an opinion about it thanks.

Your computer should still have some life left - the [email protected] is still a pretty capable processor and the graphics card is not shabby either. I would be tempted to take it to a local workshop for them to fix it. A new computer with an i7 and reasonable graphics card is going to cost upwards of £1500. It should cost much much less than that to fix your computer
