I installed explorer 7. Now my computer won't work.

it gets stuck after I sign in to my computer page.

Unistall Internet explorer 7 and try again if it still won`t work try a different browser.

Not quite sure what you mean by telephone number, besides the fact of calling Microsoft? What OS are you running; you should probably go back to a previous restore point. Are you sure Internet Explorer was the last thing you installed before this happened?
