I 'm in indonesia and using 3 different kinds of dial up connection, but a trouble happened, 1 of my dial up connection dials out. Even though i already cancel it, it won't stop. It still dialing. I'm using windows XP for the O.S.... I already have tried to uncheck all of the start up throught ->run->msconfig... but not help at all.... aNy suggestions??

Use a firewall to see what is trying to connect 
Grab something like Spybot http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=download fire it up, run the update and then run the scan

I'd also recommend ZoneAlarm Firewall.
But first you need to find out what is spyware/malware/crudware coz if you want to be a computer user who's not running off for help every day you need to know about this stuff. It's not roclet science. The rocket scientists have built program for defense against malware (the collective term) and in most cases these are free!
