My desktop computer takes ages to switch off

Hi all,

I have recentley had my computer restored to factory settings about a month ago, and within a week or two it has started to take ages to get to switch off menu (once i have pressed turn computer off)

Any suggestions would be great manythanks.

sorry i'm new to this i didnt u realise u could only post it once ......sorry i didnt think i deserved a point 4 that but still
 
check the Event Viewer in Administrative Tools for any errors. I had the same problem with the computer taking a while to shutoff and found out that it was because something was refusing to unload in the user account. Not saying that is the problem you have but checking the Event Viewer and researching the errors might reveal something.
