My Drivers Do Not Work

Hey all. I recently built a new desktop. I'm on Windows 7 64 bit and I have a P8Z77-I DELUXE mini motherboard. When i go to their website to download the drivers many, like VGA, say I do not meet the requirements.... This is getting ridiculously annoying. Do I just not need BIOS and all of these things like VGA?

I don't think you are properly understanding my problem. I know where the drivers are and I have downloaded them. I am saying when I install them it says my computer does not meet the requirements for the drivers despite the fact that the motherboard is inside my computer running.

I would say you have a bad windows install possibly. Drivers should install correctly as long as you have the correct OS selected and the correct version 32 bit or 64 bit.

It didn't say that in audio or chipset I believe but it did on the rest. It can't be afaulty OS because I originally torrented windows 7 and I though it might be that so I got a new copy and it still happens...

If you tried to install the drivers before the chipset drivers were installed id suggest that is the problem.

Update windows completely.
Update intel drivers here
Then update the remaining drivers from ASUS.

Then read the CF rules regarding torrent discussion... here.

Weird situation. At this point I would reset the bios to default and do a clean install. Download and save all your drivers first. Install your chipset first, then any of the others.

How exactly do I do that. All I know how to do is extract the drivers that the motherboard website has and run setup of said files. I also know how to install windows. I thought the chipset was a driver for the motherboard?

It is a driver for the motherboard. He's saying do a clean install of Windows and install the chipset driver first.
