My Drives think they are empty but they are not ?

Once in a while my Drives won't read or write a disk

They think that no Medium is Present.

but after I restart my computer they usually work fine again.

why is that ?

I think you have this in the wrong place. But anyways' maybe try cleaning them. I can tell it's not a jumper problem since it happens once and a while. Hmm, Other than that I don't know. try going into your Device Manager to see if there is an error.

happens once in a while randomly, try deleting upper and lower filters in your registry, google "deleting upper and lower filters" for instructions.
