My eVGA 6600GT graphic card is WAY too Loud!

I've tolerated it for about a year now, but would like to replace it with a much quieter graphic card with equal or better performance. It's a 128mb PCI-E model and my power supply is an antec 430w.

Can someone recommend one with a much quieter fan?
Budget is $100-$215.

Well what are you going to use it for? Do you have Vista? If you don't have Vista and you don't want a high end card I would say this one:
