My fan is always running since upgrade

Hi I hope I'm posting this is the right place. I've upgraded to windows 10 and since then my fan is always on an my laptop is getting warm. it never did this on windows 7. so I know it isn't my laptop. can anyone help me please thank you
 
Check task manager to see if your cpu usage is high. Windows updates may be working.
 
Can you post a pic of what your task manager looks like with what process is using the most of your cpu? Also, what specific laptop do you have? Is it an HP? If so, make sure their software called cool sense is installed.
 
I went and had a look and something saying _____ brokers was high so I ended that and now its only running at about 18% I'm going to see if his has worked
 
Update your chipset drivers and other items from the manufacture. Assuming its an intel based system then use their AutoUpdate tool.
