My Firewall Is Always Off......

Everyday i get an icon saying that my firewall is off.

I go in Control Panel and always turn it on. When my computer is turned off and on again the Firewall continues to be off. Also icons on my desktop that i have deleted days ago are still ther!

Settings on my computer is not being saved. How do i fix this?

Do the steps here. If you still have problems, post the Hijackthis log.

k, that you showed me has deleted my unwanted files, Thank You.( The Icons i did not want)

But My firewall continues to be tunred off.
