my first computer build....

OK so i am new to the computer building world and i have a few questions. hopefully i can get answers without getting flamed. this computer is going to be for gaming mostly as i am tired of buying a new console to play all the latest games when i can upgrade a graphics card or something for the same price or cheaper.

my setup:

the case i found on the side of the road its a full tower probably made in the late ninety's with three brand new 80mm case fans for exhaust

asus p5n-d motherboard (has on board sound chipset)

xfx geforce 9800 gt dual SLI setup

core duo 2.6 ghz e4700 (i think), its a LGA 775 socket

2x2ghz (4ghz total) nevidia SLI ddr2 dual link ram

Thermaltake Socket 775 Copper Core Copper Heat pipes CPU Fan

im going to custom cut holes on the side of the case for a giant 200+mm case fan (intake) blowing directly on the mother board.

i have a 100gig hard drive made by maxtor (probably going to upgrade to a higher compacity)

i only have a 550watt power source right now but i am going to upgrade to a 700+ supply source.

all running on xp pro svp3

my questions:

with this setup will i be able to overclock successfully?

with this setup will i have enough power?

with this setup will the temps be OK for overclocking?

what else if anything will i need?

i would appreciate any negative or positive feedback vice telling me to use the search button.

thanks

it will when you get the 700 wat power supply
with this setup will the temps be OK for overclocking?
depends on how heavy you go should be alright for mild overclocking,
what else if anything will i need?
you will need a cd drive to install your os

and when you put 2 ghz of ram thats 2gb so 4 gigs of ram
