less bloatware than expected. :D

free 2gb ram and 160gb hdd ( at time of promotion )
very customizable

huge screen ( 17" 1920x1200, can customize with 1440x900 or 1680x1050 )
2mp webcam,bluetooth,wireless n,biometric (all optional)
NUM PAD woot
COLORS
holds up to 2 hdds

con:
no ddr800 only runs a 667
bloatware but not as much as expected. uninstalled in 10 minutes.
touchpad could be a little more centered

i hear alot of people saying dont buy a dell whenever someone says they're buying want and telling them to build their own instead and how bad their customer service are.


i have to see for myself! :cool:
 
very nice! i do like the new dells a lot. it was my second choice from my DV9500. what video card did u get?

:( im so made that HP doesn't give you a full disc with Vista on it like you dell did. they just give you stupid recovery discs......
 
I threw my Dell's recovery disk away... It was an image of the HDD. I just use my OEM disk and then use the Dell's CD Key... I have only had to do this once though...

i always wondered if that would work. i have the key on the bottem of my laptop.....so im guessing it would work. ill have to get an OEM disc to see.
 
Dell's are super in my opinion, nice sleek and shiny :) Also they never break down. I alraedy got an Compaq with an Sempron RMA'd 3 times. Dell Inspiron 1200, never yet..
