not bad...
i would recommend a different case that has 120mm fans since they make less noise and they have better airflow. and they require less power to move air around.

for the mem i would recommend one that has 4 latency instead of 5
since there arent any on newegg with a 4 for 1066 you could try the 800 ones.

you could maybe get a cheaper motherboard but with the same stuff in it or better.
