Hey everyone. I decided instead of spending all the extra money on having someone build your computer or buying a wayyy over priced dell/compaq/something along those lines, i would finally build my own. Im 16 years old and pretty much love computers to death haha... I have a very very fair amount of computer knowledge so its not like im walking into somthing i have no idea about. I just wanted to see the reaction about what im doing and about my selection of parts so here we go haha.

Case: Raidmax Smilodon (Mid-Sized Tower)
Processor: Q6600 Intel Quad Core Tech, Conroe 2.4ghz
CPU Cooler: Tuniq Tower 120
Motherboard: EVGA nForce 680i SLi
Ram: Twin-X Corsair (PC-6400) 800mhz low timing ram (4GB)
Power Supply: OCZ GameXstream 700Watt
Video Card: EVGA 8800GTS 640MB {Not SLi....yet ;)}
DVD / R/W: Both ASUS w/ Lightscribe Technology

Here are some pictures of the build so far!

This is all i have so far ( Mobo and PSU and Case ) So watch around for me to add more stuff :) Thanks for looking!

haha yeah you guys do. Hopefully its working good for you? :D And the case really isint THAT small. There's a removable HDD rack that i can probably live without as long as i work the HD back into somewhere else which isint that big of a deal. That would give me lots of room for a resevoir and pump and i could pop out 2 of the ROM slot cover things becuase ill only have 2 DVD rom's and then put the radiator in there for a water cooling system which i would LIKE to do but am scared sh**less of because of the potential damage it could cause... so its still a debate haha. By the time im ready for my CPU ill have to make the decision as to get the tuniq tower to cool the CPU or to use a full water cooling system and stufff. DECISIONS DECISIONS!

Somewhat yes... its just that it adds such a nice touch to the display of your computer and gives you the right to be able to say " my computer is water cooled :cool: " to all your friends that dont know anything about a computer haha. If you tell them your tuniq tower 120 cooled there gonna ask me how much crack i snorted today lmao. Its just a big visual factor + cooling. Its a hard decision but it the end i know ill end up with air because i cant stand the thought of a hose coming lose and liquid spraying all over my components!
