My friends Gaming Rig (Help)

I was helping me friend pick parts for his computer, until i realized i forgot the important stuff (since i put together mine about year ago) So, here is his build hes trying to keep his budget is >500 can be a bit over 500$, He already has some spare cases. (Though im not sure if he knows if the Mother boards form factors matches the spare case he has so if you want recommend some cases too please.

cpu and motherboard don't match, you have 2 different socket pieces there. am3+ cpu and an fm2 motherboard. If you want to use that cpu then you need to find a am3+ motherboard.

Looks like you still need a power supply and don't get that hard drive, get a 7200 rpm drive.
 
Didnt look over it all, but with that processor you need a AM3+ mother board. You picked a FM2, they are for the APU processors. If you can go for the FX 6300 over the 6100.

You dont have a power supply picked out.
