Hey, im pretty new to this, and was thinking of building a gaming pc, was wondering what you guys think of it and if everything works together...

CPU : Intel Core i5 2500K Quad Core Unlocked Processor
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3P-B3
GPU: Asus Radeon EAH6850
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz 8GB
SSD: OCZ Vertex 3 120GB
HD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB SATA 6Gb/s 32MB Cache
CASE: Cooler Master HAF 922
PSU: Corsair Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 750W Power Supply

Any advice would be appreciated,
Thanks

Power supply is a little big for your parts. Look in the 500-550 watt range of you aren't doing to crossfire anything

It works, yes. Some things though.

1. You got a unlocked CPU. Remember that you should not overclock on the stock cooling solution. A good cooler would be your best bet. I would go for a Hyper 212+ from cooler master, as they are cheap and very effective.

2. Your PSU is overkill, but that is nothing harmful. You could get away with a 600 watt, probably a 550 watt, but I would go for a 600. You can keep the one you chose, as you will be future ready, but if you do not plan on upgrading the GPU anytime in the near future, I would not keep it.

Id go with 600 watts or 650 watts for your psu just to give you some overhead for upgrades etc.

I think 500 may push it a bit if you overclock and or upgrade gpus

EDIT^^^Bloody ninja'd :(
