My Graphics Card DIED ??????

so i was on my pc 1 week ago browsing the web and iturned my pc off and went somplacE LOL :D and came bak and went on my PC but the screen kept flikkering so i kwikly conntected my pc to my tv buyt stuill flikkering so i opened up my pc (when it was on) and saw the gpu fan was off i
ts a pretty old grafhics card
a ATi Redion 9800+ and i think its but the dust :( (died)
so i am asking where can i get a grappics EXCACLY like this one (because i really dont want to go through inastalling drivers ) my pc hates new drivers,
but even a 9600+ or 9700+ BUT if they exist LOL :eek:

You think it's dead? Overheating can make stuff on your screen look funky, but that doesn't necessarily mean the card is permanently damaged... just clean it out and put the fan back on and see if it works.

Or by the fan being "off" did you actually mean that it wasn't spinning?
