Not sure, i just press the button and it sounds liem a stracthing noise as if ti was starting up.....

Hard to tell without hearing it. Do you think you could record the sound and put it in a small wav file and then a ZIP file so you can attach it to a message?

Off to bed at 3:51 PM? Am I the only computer geek in the world who follows a normal sleep schedule?

Your time zone is EST. There are people on this forum who do not live in the United States.

No, I follow a normal time schedule. I get up at 7:00 A.M., go to school, and go to bed at 9:00 P.M. (unless I'm helping people in this forum or e-mailing friends.) :P Now, as for your computer noise, open your case and take a look at the fan(s) and hard drive and hear where the problem is when you turn it on.

I was talking to Drastik

Yes, I know.

OK, Drastik, what is your time zone?

OK, SFR, are you happy now?

1. "Computer Geek" is a very vague term
2. Time zones.
3. Sleep is for the weak.
